Fast-track, hands-on, employment-first
CUTI courses and recommended practicum programs build fast-track, hands-on experience. Experienced instructors lead the in-class and field training in high-value technical skills.
We work with large construction firms, engineering firms, utilities, and municipalities across North America. We are developing partnerships with educational institutions to bring our programs to new audiences.

Why infrastructure is a career-proof bet
Guaranteed investment
US federal programs like BEAD commit $42.45 billion to broadband builds, with ARPA and state programs adding more — and the trained workforce to deliver it does not exist yet.
Essential industry
Work-from-home policies drove a surge in utility installation and maintenance. The industry was one of the strongest survivors of the pandemic.
Infrastructure for all
As cities and populations grow, so does infrastructure. Even without growth, maintenance work alone secures jobs well into the future.
